Stretch, Flow and Relax
 

Join us for "Stretch, Flow, and Relax," a gentle hatha yoga class designed for all abilities. welcoming class incorporates a variety of breathing techniques and poses to help you stretch and relax your body. Perfect for beginners, we provide props like belts, blocks, bolsters, and chairs to assist you in achieving each pose. Everyone is welcome, and we even include face yoga to combat the effects of aging, followed by a refreshing short relaxation session at the end.

Sound Bath
Join us for a rejuvenating 30-minute sound bath experience every second week. I am a qualified sound healer. Immerse yourself in the soothing melodies of the gong and Tibetan singing bowls, designed to promote relaxation and healing. Allow the resonant sounds to wash over you, helping to alleviate stress and restore balance. Discover the transformative power of sound and embrace a moment of tranquility.

Yoga Nidra

Join us every second week for a rejuvenating 30-minute session of Yoga Nidra, a profound meditation often referred to as 'yogic sleep.' During this time, you'll set a personal 'sankalpa' or intention, allowing it to manifest in your life.
